I tried to sign up and I'm told I'm already registered?
An account is automatically created for you if you purchased a ticket to any event at one of our venues over the phones or online. You will need to request your randomly generated password by clicking "Forgot Your Password" if you are a new user to this program to login. You can modify your system-generated password once you login.
How to I change or update my information?

What if I didn't receive an email I was interested in? How do I access it?
Only members are allowed to access archived emails. Simply login to your account and select "Archived Emails" from the Downtown Live Member Features section on your home page. If you are not a member, sign up and you will be taken to the same area to access.
Do I have to receive emails? How can I unsubscribe?
Members are not required to receive email updates to access other Membership benefits on Downtownlive.net. You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time.
How is my information used? How is it protected?
